Rain-makers is open Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm. We have
seven sites on Ebay – rain-makers, hollywoodvault, hollywoodvault1,
hollywoodvault2, hollywoodvault3, hollywoodshowpieces, and
fashionplaza.
ANSWERING E-MAILED QUESTIONS:
We do not answer e-mails over the weekend but will get to
all the e-mails we receive first thing on Monday mornings.
We will make every effort to answer any questions you have
regarding our auctions. However, to ensure a response, please
submit all questions prior to the last 8 hours of an auction.

NOTIFICATION TO WINNING BIDDERS:
The winning bidder will receive an email following the auction
close with a link to our checkout. BUYERS MUST USE THIS RAINMAKERS
CHECKOUT FOR US TO PROCESS ORDERS.
SALES POLICY & ACCEPTED PAYMENTS:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS
OF THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Money
Orders and Cashiers Checks. We do not accept personal checks.
If one is received, it will be returned to the buyer and the
sale will be cancelled. Please read below for instructions
on each type of payment.

2. You are an international buyer and need
a shipping price.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:
Please enter all your information required in checkout for
your payment. We process credit cards on a secure site through
Linkpoint from Card Services International.
PAYPAL:
Buyers wanting to pay by paypal will need to complete Rainmakers
checkout and use the link to Paypal through our checkout.
BUYERS CAN NOT PAY US BY GOING DIRECTLY TO PAYPAL.
MONEY ORDERS AND CASHIERS CHECKS:

BID CANCELLATION AND BLOCKING BIDDER POLICY:
We reserve the right to cancel bids during an open auction
from bidders with negative feedback, private feedback or a
history of bid retractions. We also reserve the right to block
non-paying bidders, bidders with negative feedback or a history
of bid retractions.
FEEDBACK:
We believe in the feedback system and will post feedback for
you after feedback is posted for us.
SALES TAX
CALIFORNIA residents pay 8.25% sales tax on items.
RETURN POLICY:
All sales are final. If we have agreed to accept a return
or a damaged item, we must receive it within 7 days upon receipt.
We will NOT pay shipping charges on returned items.
