THE SHIPPING CALCULATOR ON THE AUCTION PAGE IS A QUOTE ONLY. THE ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES MAY VARY SLIGHTLY.

PICK UP ONLY ITEMS/LARGE:
Please read the item description closely for specific shipping information. Some items are for pick up only because they are too large to ship. PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION CLOSELY. Appointments must be made for pick-ups 24 hours in advance. We only schedule pick-ups Monday - Friday. These items must be picked up within ONE WEEK of the close of the auction. If they are not picked up within that time period, we will re-list the item and deduct $10/week for storage from the refund of the total amount. We also have several warehouses in Southern California, so please read the description closely for the zip code of the location.

SHIPPING DAYS:
We ship every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS:
Most items (within the dimensional requirements) are shipped via UPS in the Continental United States. USPS will be used for items shipped to Post Office Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
International packages are sent either USPS or UPS WORLDWIDE EXPRESS. RAINMAKERS WILL NOT PAY CUSTOM CHARGES AND A BOX WILL BE CHECKED DESIGNATING THAT BUYERS PAY ALL CUSTOM CHARGES. Some items are too large to be shipped internationally. If you have questions, please email us.

INSURANCE:
We automatically add insurance insurance to the amount of the shipment. The rates are based on UPS or USPS insurance prices. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE SHIPPING QUOTE ON THE AUCTION PAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE THIS COST. This policy protects both the customer and our company. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE WILL NOT REFUND THE INSURANCE COST TO ANY BUYER THAT HAS AN ITEM SHIPPED.
